Luna Club Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Luna Club! By joining, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your membership, payments, and participation. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

2. Membership Plans

The Luna Club offers the following membership tiers:

  1. Massage Club and Skin Club:

    • Requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months.

    • After the initial six months, you may cancel at any time with a [30-day notice].

  2. VIP Skin Club:

    • Requires a twelve (12) month commitment.

    • Membership automatically renews for an additional 12 months unless canceled prior to renewal.

3. Payments

  • By signing up, you authorise  Luna to collect payments on the first day of each month via direct debit.

  • Membership fees must be paid in full and on time to retain benefits.

4. Booking Treatments

  • It is the member’s responsibility to book treatments within the month.

  • Treatments cannot be carried over to the next month unless pre-arranged with Luna staff.

  • Unused treatments without prior arrangement will be forfeited.

5. Welcome Gift

  • Members will receive a welcome gift during their first club appointment.

  • Welcome gifts are specific to the membership plan selected and are non-transferable.

6. Retail Discounts

  • Members enjoy 10% off full-priced retail items for personal use.

  • The discount applies only to products purchased for the member’s own use and cannot be extended to others.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cancellations must adhere to the minimum commitment terms outlined in Section 2.

  • After the minimum term, cancellation requests require a [30-day notice]. 

  • Refunds or credits for unused treatments are not provided unless specified in writing.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Luna  reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
